can you tell us more about interview? like when they ask why you want to become a pharmacist, what should we answer?

Be honest in your answer. If you can't truthfully answer why you want to be a pharmacist without a lot of difficulty, you might want to reconsider your path.

What do you mean by interest? Could you specify? Is it regarding your interests in pharmacy or general interests?

That forum SDN can be very helpful unless you filtrate all information they give. People can be such asswholes so reading that forum can make you sick, I ended up giving up on reading their advices
