Looks tasty to me. As far as germs, a lot of the food is bubbling on those hot plates, therefore, they kill the bacteria right there. The bread, is pre baked, then heated on the hot butter plate, and I guess the cold greens may be subject, but worth the risk.

I have to say as an American I think I would rather eat "street food" then American fast food...1. it's cooked right in front of you. 2. you SEE what is put in the food. 3... really? go eat some American fast food..so not healthy and who KNOWS what goes on behind the counters...

It's amazing that people are alive in India eating this unsanitary food. It may be the way they have prepared foods since time began but times are changing & for health reasons they need to get on track. The amount of eggs & grease is astounding to see. Big blobs of margarine put in the dishes, I mean, come on now!! Look, if you ever spent a day there you will know that the bathroom facilities are not good, and then, to use the same hands in my think not! Try making this food this way in the USA and see how long you are in business. It's just not healthy. I don't understand anyone who says differently.
