In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. I wonder where in his ideas about creativity he thinks knitting fits. Taking the hair of an animal, spinning it into yarn or thread and making a shirt. Cutting down a tree, making boards then a house. These are creative things. People have been doing these things and more for a long time. No computer required.
