Different functions built-in for operation of String and Dates are shown in this video.
There are also more pre-defined functions related to strings such as for storing text in character arrays, combine character arrays, functions for identifying parts of strings, find and replace substrings, functions for changing string to upper- or lowercase, etc.

this video lets you know various operations on strings-like comparing two strings using #strcmp #strcmpi, calcation of spaces in string using #ispace, to find a character using #find, find length using #strlen.

This video tells us all about string operations and date time operations in MATLAB.#strcmp() command is used to compare case #sensitive #strings.#strcmpi() command is used to compare case #insensitive #strings.#isspace() commands finds all the #spaces in the string.To# find any letter in the string we can use # strfind() command.#Strrep() command is used to #replace some word or letter in the string.
#datetime() function returns date and time.#calenderDuration() is the function which specifies the year, month and day.#caldiff() function gives difference value between two days.
