I've been making a timeline for several years, but, thanks to your suggestion, this is the first year I've set the timer on my phone. It worked great. It's so easy to get distracted. I do turkey breast in my 6qt crock pot. Makes great broth.
Cooked for 40 this year. No help. I bought frozen sweet potatoes in cubes. Sprinkle with brown sugar, 2 sticks butter cut up. 2 tbl cinnamon, 1/2 cup cream and 1/3 cup pure maple syrup. Baked 375 for 45 minutes. Everyone said they were the best. 13 x 9 sprayed casserole dish. 5 bags. Bought them at Walmart in frozen section.
Made life easier.

Oh my....this is beyond wonderful! There is more than one recipe that I will be using for our Canadian Christmas dinner!
