How to Recall/Cancel a Sent Email in Outlook

What happens with Cc? if the receiver read the mail but not Cc person.

HI! I sent an email to three people. In 10 minutes, i recalled the message as you explained above. I had also ticked the box to receive a notification on whether it was successful or not. HOWEVER, I did not receive any notification. Was it successful or not? Also, what happens if only one person read it and others two did not?
