City in the Kharkiv Region Hit by Russian S-300 Missiles

Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, city center, local history museum was hit by a Russian S-300 missile.

S-300 is an air-defence complex used by Russia to hit ground targets.

S-300 is more destructive than ordinary artillery shells, that's why the Russian army uses it to hit civilian infrastructure in the Kharkiv region primarily.
