When I got back in the hobby a few years ago during(covid) I happened to find 1 mega box of Bowman Chrome at a Walgreens. It was the first time I bought any cards in 20 years. As I was ripping the packs, I had ZERO idea of who any of the players were.. I looked at their birth dates and instantly felt like an old man..😂 I've since stayed away from Bowman as I found out quickly that I'm not a prospector.. It's still fun to rip some occasionally though..

Those inserts with the players holding cards of the 1st Bowmans are sweet, I think that's a winner and one to see if worth grading, nice rip!

Its nuts that just 4 or 5 years ago i used to buy most topps releases except the super expensive boxes but now i have to stick to series 1 and 2 and update now. I literally spend more money now only buying flagship and get less product. I hope some of these prices come way down because i really want to get a bunch of chrome

My Bowman lottery ticket actually paid off this year. Didn't pull any top 1st cards. The autos were about the same as yours, worthless at this time. Then hit a Gladiator Cole Young and a refractor Paul Skenes image variation. I live outside of Pittsburgh. I would have been happy with his base RC. Got that too.

You can read the card code on the back but it took you a hot minute to see that Sanchez was from the Reds 🤔
