The "gang stalking" thing is something paranoid schizophrenics talk about. They don't understand that they are mentally ill and that nobody is stalking them. It's a very common delusion among paranoiacs, unfortunately. It must be so upsetting to live like that; to genuinely believe you are being targeted and harassed by random people all the time. Getting people like this to take medication and *stay* on medication is notoriously difficult because the paranoia makes them believe the doctors are trying to kill them.
