To be fair Superman taking time out of his day to help a bullied kid is exactly how he should act he is literally meant to be the best of us

The thing that makes the scene is the fact that Superman is carrying a School Lunch. That means that he plans to sit there and eat with the kids. Honestly love the hell out of that.

That freaked-out "Huh!" at the end gets me every time. It's so brief, such a small thing and it's just so funny.

This would be the biggest flex of the century, imagine having superheroes show up to your school and eating lunch with you, while your bullies stand their idly and in complete shock.

It's a shame Henry Cavill didn't get to do this scene. It's THE most Superman scene in the DCEU. A small act of kindness that means the world to a kid.

This is pretty in character for Superman. He took his entire day just to try to convince a woman that life was still worth living and that suicide isn't the answer, of course he would help a disabled foster kid who's being bullied. Superman isn't a hero just because he fights the bad guys, he is a hero because he helps the people in any way he can.

Honestly this is one of the most "Superman" moments the DCEU ever had. He would absolutely make time to stop by a kid's lunch time to hang out for a bit, and he'd love every moment. There aren't enough moments in big superhero movies where the heroes actually stop to smell the roses a bit. Shame Supes couldn't be this way for his own movies.

Honestly, this is the most in-character moment Superman has in the DCEU. Having lunch with a bullied disabled kid just so the other kids will give him a break.
