If you need to know everything about using E - Z system for naming geometric isomers then you are in the right place. This video explains how to apply E - Z system for naming geometric isomers, then it compares between cis - trans system and E - Z system for naming geometric isomers, also I have explained how to apply E - Z system for naming geometric isomers for some complicated structures.

So to summarize, cis/trans system is utilized when two atoms are similar for each carbon in the alkene (double bond), and the E/Z system is used when all the atoms are different. E = enemies, opposite sides; Z = same side. For the E, Z system, the highest priority group (largest atomic number) is arranged first. If the attached atoms are the same you continue down their attachments to determine deviation of atom with higher atomic number. Thank you!

Sorry sir this is when I have gone through your tutorial. And the answer is E isomer. But I wanted you to name it not just ending on the E or Z isomer
