I wonder how Buddhist and hindus explain personal suffering like losing our friends or family and also account for death?

Is Karma the Law of Cause and Effect? Reaping what is sown? Similar to science's Newton's Third Law of Motion - "to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" applied to "things'? But science does not generally apply this law to include human actions, thoughts and emotions? And why not? And whether or not reincarnation is real, does it make sense to make the best of this life?

I can ask you one straight question..

If reincarnation and karam is wrong ..

Then explain why there are so many differences among the human beings in this world.

1) why some people are born in rich family
Example mukesh ambanis child.

2) why some people are born in poor houses.

3) why some are physically well born

4) why some are born physically handicapped.

If god show equal bliss on every soul why this many differences among the new born souls

Can you explain why these many differences among humans with the help of bible??

According to hinduism karma is a simple thing..
Karma means simply action obviously action will result in reaction
..
Without action not even single subatomic particle can move..

So before doing things like this understand the concepts fully about hinduism.

I will say that it's hard hearing this from a Christian perspective. It can't be objective. I would love to hear an objective breakdown of the flaws in Karma & reincarnation by someone from who's broken away from it, or is simply neutral. Why is it always Atheists (generally) who tend to challenge religious/spiritual beliefs? Once you get religion vs religion, it all just gets messy because you must necessarily have a biased view. I would certainly prefer a bash at being extinguished because eternal paradise just seems absurd. Paradise forever? Every joy or happy thing is only possible because it's fresh & has an opposite, etc. What is good without bad? If everything was always bliss, then bliss would lose its value.

The simplest proof of reincarnation is that we are doing it all the time. I am now 27 years old, and I have a mature adult body. Ten years ago I had a completely different youthful body, and ten years before that again I had a child's body. Those bodies are no longer here, now there is an adult body, and later (assuming I survive long enough) there will be an old man's body. So I am changing my body, reincarnating, all the time.
