Double Sticks Challenge 3 drill we're working the Lower 8 (or LaCosta 8) Sinawali. This series of training videos will lead up to the 2023 Double Stick Carranza Showdown which will allow you to enter for a chance to win some great Kali Center prizes! Learn and practice these drills and I'll be announcing at the end of this series how to enter the Showdown for your chance to win!

I love these clips. Training with the sticks is like therapy for me. Works wonders on my shoulders and it's fun do the drills. This one is a good workout for your legs, too.

the upward variation on heaven is hard to grind in. this was a bit hard too, but i think i got it..

Throwing horizontals with my left is pulling my tendons like taffy. Just holding a chamber is painful at the moment. If only there was a video to help....
