I absolutely love this movie. It takes a lot to make me cry cause I'm a huge romantic tragedy type of girl but this movie had me on the verge of tears and I absolutely loved the ending. "You meet thousands of people and none of them really touch you and then you meet one person and you're life is changed... forever.." My favorite quote of all time! :')

I get that a lot of people think this is just a super cheesy movie. I actually felt the same way when I first saw the trailer, and thought it was just another 'Friends With Benefits' or 'No Strings Attached'. Truth is that this movie does have a lot more going for it than just comedy or cheese. I actually cried in this movie, and was greatly amused by the jokes. The actors have chemistry, the dialogue is good. It was a good movie. Don't think this trailer shows the whole move. Trust me.... It actually doesn't.

It's such a good movie. I think many people with either mental illness or physical illness can maybe relate to Maggie. I have social anxiety and I searched for movies with characters that deal with SAD or anxiety disorder in general, but I couldn't relate to any of them. And then I saw this movie, didn't thought I could relate to that at all, but even though Maggie has parkinson, I could totally feel what she was going through. The shaking of parkinson, reminded me of my shaking when I get anxious or panic attacks in public. And that she didn't let anyone close to her in the fear someone might leave bc of her illness, it's the same for me to be honest. And this movie is so great and inspiring. It gives me kinda strength, that even if I'm different than other people, there is no shame etc. Also just btw jake gyllenhaal is so handsome!! And anne hathaway is so stunning and beautiful!

Had been in a funk the last few months because of my physical condition. I have degenerative disc and bone disease in my spine and a few other conditions that make walking and everyday life difficult. I was once a healthy, strong guy then all of a sudden around 3 years ago I became weak and my hands and legs became numb. Along with other symptoms I had really been feeling depressed. Why at 36 is this happening to me along with other problems? One night I couldn't sleep and find this movie. I laughed, I cried a little, it really touched me. I've been in a better place lately and I think it started when I saw this movie. Jake and Anne's acting are so good I forgot it was a movie and got lost in the story. If you've been thinking about watching it, please do, you'll thank me later.
