I have seen an SBI front desk employee who is 80% blind, but he is th3 most knowledgeable and efficient in entire branch. He has through knowledge about all rules and regulations. He correct other employees if they are telling something wrong to customers.

Yes they do hire pilot with disability but with special equipment tuned for the condition of diability and it is not being given time for plane hanger costs to adjust to that and test it to confirm, does Govt give such relaxations for airlines?

PH Candidates are intelligent than normal one but they can't do hectic Field works.
For IAS, IPS they must need Visit Places where works are going on.
Even though most of the officers are not PH Candiates still they unable to give their time to the poor ppl n Fiels wrks Bcz of Hectic Schedules.
4 yrs i went to the officers to get some documents in this time period i observed this scenario.
1 village need immediate medical facilities n 1 village need water facilities.
If ias officers not visits villages n sites and stay in AC room for VVIP meetings... Imagine what will happens to the villages???
But sadly This is going on since long time
