Herbed Tomato & Cream Cheese Galette

It’s almost the end of summer and while some of us are already baking with pumpkin and spice, I refuse to give up on summer just yet!

For me, summer is incomplete without galettes but somehow I haven’t posted one here. So I layered pie crust with herbed cheese and seasoned tomatoes and finally made this light and crisp summery tomato galette for my page.
