For nuts such as walnuts, brazil nuts, almonds, etc., the typical recipe is as follows:
-1 cup of nuts
-2 cups of spring water
-2-3 dates
-A small pinch of sea salt
-1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)

*For hemp seeds, use 1 heaping tbsp instead of 1 cup.

I stand with you ! I started making my own in my Nama well or Vitamix ! I can control the thickness and healthy ingredients. Love it !
Thanks for sharing because it’s wild to me too how the ones with just 3 ingredients have the consistency of water and I’m pretty positive that contain very little but product with a stiff price . It cost lest to buy your own ingredients and make yourself.

I love your videos because it’s educational. I love to learn from such. It’s very attractive to me. I also make my own milk because why not, you get the best instead of the rest. I use Dates when I make my Brazil Nut or Walnut Milk. I love how it comes out sweet and smooth. I will never ever go back to store milk. Again, I love your videos☺️
