They will go back in in July like always after we recover from the last major tax drain then the market goes down mid September after that tax drain then ralleys into Christmas into the December 15th tax drain.

How best to weigh the individual technical analysis of a stock chart vs the S&P for example I agree S&P at ATH levels is not super enticing for buying in this market but then for example the AAPL stock chart pattern backtesting an area of support at $200 is enticing. In isolation it's a move that would be on I'd say with respect to AAPL, but should the S&P chart influence the action one takes in the context of that AAPL move or better off separating the two patterns your'mind?

Regarding the Teamsters, I work at UPS and got to experience how the labor contract negotiations went down and how it affected both the company and employees firsthand. Yes, we got a pay raise, but a lot of us got laid off shortly after peak season ended. It wasn’t the usual cutting of seasonal employees, as even guys who had more than a few years were let go. That pay raise resulted in the company not only closing down some facilities, it also led to a push to get automated. What the shareholders of AMZN should pay attention to are how UPS lost contracts in the year leading up to the labor contract finally being agreed to and signed. It was pretty brutal. In fact, the company still hasn’t fully recovered. Granted, AMZN is a much healthier company than UPS, but labor disputes and the threat of strikes will disrupt things quite a bit that will hurt the bottom-line. That said, I’m pretty sure this will accelerate AMZN’s automation of their warehouses/fulfillment centers.
