This video on international law concerning the territorial dispute between the Arabs and the Jews definitely helps to clear up a lot of the confusion projected by the Left wing propangada media.

Ollie ? The QURAN is ALSO VERY clear that even ALLAH "Allocated all that land" unto the Jewish People ! !
"Allocated unto The CHILDREN OF ISRAEL !" Surah 10:93 !
There is not even any RELIGIOUS disagreement with that FACT

Putting 3000 years of Jewish settlement in the region and international law aside, the law of conquest alone gives Israel the right to Judea and Samaria

I wonder when the ICJ is going to declare that Russia's occupation of Königsburg and Poland's occupation of Pommerania are illegal?

Israel  is entitled in law to the West Bank. There has never been any such thing in law as Palestinian land. There never was a state of Palestine. When the Romans conquered the Jewish kingdom of Judea, destroyed the Jewish temple, and drove the Jews of Judea into exile, the Romans renamed it PALESTINA in an attempt to erase its Jewish identity. When the last colonial occupier of the land the  Ottoman Empire fell after the first World War, the international community that  carved out the Middle East to create a number of new states and countries kept the name Palestine to describe the territory which was now to be recreated as the homeland of the Jewish people. You can find on the map of this period Jewish Palestine and Arab Palestine. This was cemented at the 1920 Sano conference and given the force of  international treaty law by the League of Nations in the 1922 mandate for Palestine. Britain then sliced 75 per cent off this land to create Trans Jordan or what is now known as Jordan. Palestine consists of what is now Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza. To make this quite clear, only the Jews were given the legal rights to settle the land in what is now known as Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza. That right has never been abrogated. The 1922 League of Nations mandate was ratified by the United Nations Charter of 1945, which pledged to uphold the agreement made by its predecessor, the League of Nations. The legally binding principle entitling the Jewish people to settle on all of this land was subsequently further codified in the Vienna convention on the law of  treaties of 1969, which confirmed that it included Judea and Samaria ie the West Bank and Gaza. Between 1922 and 1948, "when people refer to the Palestinians, they were referring to the Jews."  One reason why the term "occupied Palestinian territories" is a nonsense  (Take note ignoramuses) is that "the areas in question were never Palestinian lands but was always legally designated for JEWS ALONE to be entitled to settle." When the UN finally declared the land of Israel, the Arab armies immediately attacked. This was the Israeli/Arab War of 1948 when the Israelis were forced to defend themselves from annihilation.

Israel is not in "illegal occupation" of the Palestinian territories. Anyone that says that is "legally illiterate." The Jews are the only people entitled in law to those territories.

I've watched "Settling the Facts." Didn't know you created and produced it! Very impressive!!! Thank you for that film because it establishes the fact that there should be no dispute when it comes to "settlement." 👍😊

I look forward to the day (in the non too distant future, I hope) when all parts of Israel are united into the one true country, given by G-d, to his chosen people.

The problem is that the ruling is made on laws that didn't imagine in a million years a people would start a war, lose, get occupied and then refuse for the next 57 years to sign a peace treaty. On that basis, if Germany or Japan after WWII had refused to sign a peace treaty accepting their defeat we would now be illegally occupying them which is bonkers crazy. If the Arabs in the occupied territories don't want to be occupied they have the choice to accept defeat, sign a peace treaty and move on. That they don't means they choose to be occupied.

There is no such thing as the West Bank, it's Judea and Samaria, the most central area besides Jerusalem, Zion, to the Jews and it belongs to the Jewish state of Israel forever
