That's not what "throwing someone under the bus" means. The idiom means to make someone else to take the blame for you, e.g. an executive messes up a big business deal and then blames it on their assistant, who then gets reprimanded.

I like her idea but you can’t have them done. Humanity is so dependent on destroying the planet by only to survive. People don’t want to us a bus or a train, they want to be alone in their cars. People don’t want to wear their clothes or shoes till they rip out but more follow fashion and buy new ones every year 4 times, summer, autumn, winter then spring. That’s how it is. Greedy and selfish is the killer in humans.
