Danny kindly sat down with us on March 13th, 2013 at the Charlie Chaplin Theatre at Raleigh Studios, for an interview covering his entire career, as well as his movie 'Trance', which was about to come out at the time. I was absolutely wankered in the only bar that stayed open until 6am on phi phi island, where I met a Scottish guy with glasses that in my drunken state looked like Danny Boyle. Which I thought was fitting as I was going to visit maya bay while I was there where the beach (a film directed by Danny Boyle) was filmed as it's only a 20 minute boat ride from there. So much so that I felt it necessary to tell him.. this went down a treat and all parties concerned laughed 😂 also one of the reasons he reminded me of Danny Boyle was because I thought Danny Boyle was Scottish.. watching this video I just found out he is in fact from Manchester 😂 fuck sake
