iPhone 13 Pro Max's 4K60fps video? - Nikon Z6II & Panasonic G9 (you have to look closely)

Nikon has the best colors in your comparison. I have Nikon D5300 and the colors are amazing. iPhone is in the middle - good indoors videos, but too dark outside in cloudy conditions. Panasonic looks the worst, unfortunately - brownish colors, cropped darks (6:59 - the shorts are almost black, not blue) and enormous exposure jumps in one shot. I thought of buying G9 soon, but now...

At first glance iphone looks best then after close inspection iphone footage looks rough with unnatural amount of oversharpening, hdr processing and fake looks. Iphone footage looked less detailed with a lot of artifacts thanks to AI. You must have tested in low light too.
