Exactly, our TRUE self is not in this meat suit. We are all much much greater and more powerful than we can even imagine. It's something very hard to process for the human mind in this 3D physical life we live, when, for thousands of years we are led/ taught to believe that this meat suit is all we are and we must work hard and sacrifice and be unhappy to enjoy and have a good life. The world actually provides us with everything we need to survive and have a good and happy life....as long as you can let go of your ego and limiting beliefs.

Glad I found this video- I was trapped for a long time by what career I had chosen for myself to be identified with, and it prevented me from just doing things for the sake of trying them out or having a new experience, just because I didn't think it was my "thing" or that I wouldn't be "good" at it. I've decided I want to just do things, and just be, without locking myself in with thoughts of who I'm supposed to be or what I should be doing.
