According to him there are many reasons for disease getting worse after taking homeopathic medicines:

1. The doctor has prescribed the medicines without taking proper case taking and doing case analysis.

2. The doctor has prescribed high potency where the patient's susceptibility warranted low potency.

3. The doctor has repeated the medicine too often.

4. The doctor has stopped the ongoing conventional allopathic medicines suddenly.

5. Instead of giving the medicines in pills the doctor has prescribed homeopathic dilutions straight in liquid form.
