Check Fraud Suspect - Encinitas

Do you recognize this man? He is wanted in connection with a burglary and check fraud case in Encinitas.

On May 4th, the suspect cashed a check from Bank of America located at 1340 Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas.

The bank contacted an Encinitas couple about the withdrawal. It was discovered the check was originally written and mailed to their landlord for rent.

The check cashed at the bank was made out to Jose Antonio Quintero, who was not the landlord. The signature line of the check also appeared to be forged.
