The summary:)
1. They know their aptitudes (what they are good at).
2. Begin everything they do as a novice, understand and adopt their own ignorance, they take everything they will learn and break it down until it is basic principles then deliberately practice (repetition is the mother of skill). Then they fall into flow and into zone-the work flows out of them effortlessly. And with intrinsic joy.
3. They have love and passion for what they do, they are so passionate about what they do that they see the greater purpose and vision-this transforms their work into a calling.
4. Have a healthy balance of paranoia, courage and grit.
5. Develop a system, have rituals and routines (the goals will manifest themselves). They have patterns in their lives that allow their cognitive and emotional effort to focus on their work.
6. Respect and understand the 10 000 hours principle. Failures and setbacks are part of the process. You don't always like what you love. They eventually reach unconscious competence.
7. Find mentors, perpetual lifelong seekers of mentors. Lifelong students. They eventually become so intuitive, they become a mentor.
8. They have a tremendous amount of humility and gratitude.
9. Write stories of their future and reframe their past (when something changes, they flow with that change)
10. They understand that what we grow to become is permanent. The maturing of the human soul is more important than prosperity.

Very good. Many of us leave out the aptitude part thinking that we could somehow grow into the job.
