I like daily vlog entries till Xmas idea. Seeing this is a good window into the level of attention and sheer amount of effort it takes to work chocolates by hand. I spent some time in the shop of Jacques Torres in the mid 90's. They had a whole process for cleaning the molds, but I didn't really pay attention to the specifics then
