Skepticism prevailed in the Ukrainian border city of Sumy when locals were asked about government plans to accept refugees from Russia's Kursk region. Officials have said that civilians displaced by Ukraine's ongoing military incursion in Russia could be relocated and offered humanitarian aid. But one man speaking to RFE/RL on August 16 said: "Let their country protect them. We've got enough of our own suffering."

OK, I can understand the Ukrainian reaction to helping Russian civilians, but 1. the Ukrainians are the good guys, 2. these specific Russians live near Ukraine, and aren't buying Putin's lies, and they are even friendy with Ukraine.

A neighbor cut his neighbor's fence down, to look into his neighbors lot, this angered his neighbor, which escalates into an altercation. (After all the heavy swings of fist) The neighbor thanked his neighbors for cutting his fence, other wize, he would have never known he had the ability to kick ass. Then neigbor who cut the fence said, "like wize, thank you for knocking me on my ass, had Id known before you'd kick my ass, l would have not bothered to cut your fence"....they got along there after but they never forgot the result of their altercation.
