Waterfalls of Iceland: Skogafoss Winter [With NO ONE around and actual sound]

One of the best-known waterfalls of Iceland is Skogafoss (Skógafoss). We visited Skogafoss in January, and although it was winter, we were surprised to have this spectacular waterfall pretty much to ourselves! If you listen to the audio, you'll hear nothing but the wind and the power of Skogafoss.

Skógafoss is a 200-foot (60m) tall waterfall on the Skoga (Skóga) River. Skogafoss is located near the town of Skogar (Skógar). There is also a cultural history museum nearby, that is worth a visit if you are in the area.
