I though that NFTs are so valuable because of their durability as they are stored in blockchain, so person can own one forever. After I discovered the data of it are actually stored on centralized servers, and blockchain contains just a "pointer" to it - it seems to me as complete joke. What am I missing ? What is the purpose to own a pointer, if you depend on existence of certain company/centralized server ? After such company goes out of business, your NFT just becomes nothing. This is completely against whole idea of crypto technology. I thought that NFT are so valuable because they benefit from crypto/blockchain technology, mainly decentralization - while they aparently do not. Then why are they more valuable than standard JPEGS ? I dont get it.

if i wanna freez my collection ( 10000 NFTs ) do i need freez them one by one ? or do i need pay gas for every 10000 NFT ??

1. Создал NFT на Opensea.
2. Нажал кнопку EDIT и зашел в режим редактирования.
3. Кликнул на переключатель Freeze your metadata.
4. Подтвердил в Метамаске.
И.... получил ошибку.
С чем может быть связана ошибка?
С тем что нехватило 50$ на оплату газа в сети Эфириума?
Или с тем что я делаю минт в сети Polygon?
Или еще что-то?
