Rollerblade® Presents 80 Millimeter – Freeskate in Madrid Spain

Since 2015 the 80mm series has been displaying the best in urban skating. This year the crew cruised around in Reykjavik Iceland. In this new episode the crew visits the capitol of Spain: Madrid.

Barcelona might be the most famous city of Spain but Madrid also has a lot to offer. The royal city has a lot of fine and old architecture combined with modern parts. Enjoy Sofia Carreras skating the Metroblades, Jeremy Suarez skating the Twister X skates, Timmy van Rixtel on the Metroblades. Introducing Juan Herrera on the soon to be released Twister Edge skates.

Juan joins in on the fun and sessions with the crew in Madrid. He comes from Cordoba in Andalucía. As you can see he has got some sweet skills, he has been skating since 2008 and knows how to shred on street and park. In this edit his skills are on display while he has an urban session around the city of Madrid.

Riders:
Timmy v. Rixtel (Metroblade skates)
Jermey Suarez (Twister X skates)
Sofia Carreras ( Metroblade skates )
Juan Herrera ( Twister Edge skates )

First of all, congratulations guys! You all have an authentic style. However, in my opinion, I think pedestrians instead of being amazed and excited about your rollerblading skills they were scared and uncomfortable. I know this is a freeskate video and that is the risky point about freeskate but please be careful and respectful with pedestrians because you are role models and the most important thing, we do not want to be banned to skate in our city. Love from Madrid.

Hey AutehenicRollerblade,

My name is Ryan Little. I'm a music producer. You actually used my song "ballet" in this video, but you did not credit me (I was alerted by one of my fans). Can you please credit me in the description for this song? Thanks.

Would have been an awesome video if not for acting like a jerk around pedestrians. Scaring them, skating through crowds on high speed or invading personal space just to satisfy your own needs is why a lot of people frown on skaters and skating instead of making them exited and inspired... Please don't be a jerk and use the power of this YT channel (with a lot of followers) to inspire people the right way and the right attitude.

The edit is awesome, and I love how they didn't cut the fail parts. It shows that no matter how much you get better, you can't eliminate the failing chance so we should always be cautious (especially around others :)).

I'm usually a great fan of your videos but I don't think that the fail with hitting a pedestrian should have been highlighted so much, I would cut it out entirely, it doesn't seems cool at all to hit a passer by (also could have been very dangerous to a person that is not trained in falling down like a pro skater, not to mention that in some countries this can actually can be used as a law sue, generally speaking, physical interaction with pedestrians should be avoided).

Honestly, I disagree on reckless skating and i don't understand why helmets are so "uncool" among some inline skaters. I've seen some parts in which they almost run over a pedestrian. That is a lack of respect and common sense
