Activity Flow
1. The coach starts the exercise with a pass into one of the fields, team in this field is now in possession of the ball, a player from green plays against the ball in this field
2. After a certain number of passes (here: 5 passes) the field can be changed with a pass to the opposite side
3. If the pass to the other side is successful, the second green player moves to the other field
4. If the green team captures the ball and manages to pass the ball to the opposite side, the team in the centre changes over
5. Change of task even if the team in possession of the ball makes a mistake and the ball goes out of bounds afterwards
6. The coach plays a new ball into the field of play as quickly as possible

Organization
1. 8 cones to mark the fields
2. 6 bibs in three colours
3. Three teams with two players
4. Distribute teams on fields
5. Enough balls next to the coach
6. It is easy to set up several fields of players and to carry out the exercise with different numbers of players

Coaching Points
1. Accurate passing
2. Being calm with the ball - moving without the ball - getting out of the opponent's cover
3. Pressing and counter-pressing
4. Movement - moving to create space to receive the ball yourself or to enable the pass to a teammate
5. Awareness/Orientation - Before moving to support the player with the ball, look over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and teammates are on the pitch
6. Deception/opening movement - Be in motion to simultaneously move the defender and create space to receive the ball

Variations
1. Easier - increase the size of the fields
2. Rule - award the switches from field to field - who scores the most points?
3. Harder - For example, play 4 vs. 2 in the respective fields (three teams with four players each)
Harder - Limiting the number of touches (max. 2 touches)

Great drill! Not to oversimplify it, but it looks like Monkey in the Middle with 2v2v2. I'm going to try this with my 9u team.
