Trust bank and YouTrip remains as my top 2 Multi Currency Debit Card to bring with my on my travels. This time round in South Korea I did not bring along with my any changed cash from Singapore, instead I decided to only withdraw money with the Trust Bank Debit Card upon arrival in South Korea.

This was my journey and discovery. If you're travelling anytime soon and would want to bring along a card just in case, consider the Trust Bank Debit / Credit Card.

Thanks for the helpful step by step guide to withdraw money using Trust card. Noticed there is an access fee chargeable by the foreign bank. What if we use Youtrip card? will there be an access fee as well?

Hi Demi, I’m in jeju and tried withdrawing from NH ATM, I have a trust credit card and have switched it to debit card on my app. But the atm only has credit card option and for withdrawal it only provides 1 option of cash advance . Is this the current option? I don’t want to be charged the cash advance fees. Appreciate your advise. Thanks

Applied for the account after watching your video. It also depends on the country you travel to I guess. The ATM fee will "eat" into your exchange rate. I tested it out in MY. I know CIMB and Maybank does not charge any fees and there might be more.

Money changer in JB: $1 SGD to $3.19 / 3.2 RM
Revolut : $1 SGD to $3.21 RM
Trust: $1 SGD to $3.2 RM
