Chocolate cake sponge
Dark Rum
Rum Soaked dried cherries
Chocolate chip : 2 cup

Step :
1. Crush chocolate cake in a bowl , add rum or melted chocolate chip and mix it well
2. The quantity of rum or chocolate syrup is completely depending on the binding consistency.
3. Take small portion , add rum soaked dry cherry (optional ) and prepare small ball and similarly prepare all the balls and place them in the fridge for 1 hour
4. Add some chocolate chip in the bowl , microwave for 30 sec and mix it well , if required microwave for another 10-20 sec and mix it well
5. Do not over heat ,then take the balls out and dip them in the chocolate syrup and using fork remove it and place it in a tray over baking sheet. And after preparing all the balls place it in the fridge for another 30 min.
6. After 30 min. Decorate it with some chocolate syrup or as you like add some sprinkles and rum ball is ready to eat

* You can Store it in the fridge for 2-4 weeks
