The Lone Star tick can also carry Alpha Gal which will cause you to become allergic to all mammal meat. This is horrible as i have not been able to eat mammal meat since 2015 without having a full-blown allergic reaction that can kill you. So watch out for the Lone Star tick please.

I was bit by a brown recluse spider while I was asleep. I woke up in tremendous pain. That was nearly 14 months ago and I still have to go to a wound care center once a week and home health nurses come to my home twice a week. Its much smaller and not nearly as deep, but it's been a long, painful journey that I never, ever want to take again.

Brown Recluse Spider is also known as the "fiddleback" or "violin spider", for obvious reasons. Our dad always called them the latter.

Brown Recluses >> > lived with them all my life & didn't know what they looked like until I was 40 yrs I catch them in the
house 1-2 times a year but I don't worry too much. Keep you covers on the bed & shake out anything that was on the floor. And
stuff in the closet are a place they like, all the hanging stuff in a dark place. I had a cousin who got bitten pulling on jeans that
were on the floor. It got her on the front of her leg at the hip joint, then over towards the groin area. The infection grew fast &
it was out of control despite catching it early & being on antibiotics. Most don't die or get sick but a MERSA infection can get
going if ya don't get help . Be careful & put Glue Traps in the corners of your bedroom and other places. You will catch them
if they are there??!!! peace

Not just the funnel web spider in Australia but also the red back spider.
I was surprised these weren't there as Australia has roughly 5 out of 10 of the most venomous spiders in the world. Also, snakes, crocs, sharks and others. Come on down for a holiday

nice informative video, however you've neglected to mention one if not the most toxic arachnid in the world, found in Australia mostly in the east mostly in New South Wales, the dreaded Funnel web Spider

I was bit by a brown recluse while sleeping. It felt like someone has stabbed me in the abdomen. After 2 days the skin in the area that had turned red from the bite fell off. In its place was a black necrotic patch that took months to treat. I still have a scar the size of a $0.50 piece. Don’t mess with them and check an area thoroughly after moving clothes around.

I was bitten by a baby blown recluse. I laid down in the bed and it got the back of my leg. It felt like someone took the world's largest rubber band and popped my leg. It turned black immediately and the pain was unreal. I still 40 years later have a small indented hole in the back of my knee.

Scorpions are not insects! They are related to spiders in the Arachnida class.

0:15 the scorpion is not an insect or a bug. It is an arachnid. Spiders are not insects either. They, too, are arachnids.

Some of these are not insects. Spiders are arthropods and scorpions, arachnids. Botflies are not members of the ostrich family (?!?).
