For anyone watching this, know that the gamma he is referring to is specific heat ratio, not specific weight. Took me a while to figure that out.

So the myth is busted: mass flow CAN be increased even under choked conditions if the back pressure increases.
Velocity stays constant but higher p0 means higher density therefore higher mass flow

It's better to explain what is Normalized mass flow rate on the graph. It's not the same as real mass flow. And this relation works for converging-diverging nozzle only.
