Yo Vermax ur one of my favorite content creators and I love ur new self-improvement/fitness aspects in some of ur vids (not rlly relating to this vid but still). I got some tips here for continuing ur fitness journey
1. full body workouts, which unless you've changed it recently is what u seem to do, are great at the start, but later in the fitness journey you might want to change your routine from a fullbody workout every day to 4-6 isolated workouts a week. This way, you can spend a full workout focusing (and making more gains) in one particular muscle group, instead of fitting a bit of everything into a 1-2 hour workout every day. The extra days in the week you should take as rest/recovery days, especially because as you do workouts focusing one/two muscle groups, youre more likely to be sore and need a day or more to recover before working that muscle again.
heres a simple workout split i'd recommend for someone at your level:
day 1: chest/triceps day 2: rest day 3: back/biceps day 4: rest day 5: shoulders day 6: legs + extra stuff (forearms, abs, any other muscle you dont prioritize in your other workouts)
this is just my recommendation for the next level of your fitness journey, you don't absolutely have to or anything, but at least consider my advice

I love the video, I have had the same problem in the past. Best thing I can recommend for the small bits and pieces like mouse pads, old mice, keyboards, give them away to a local charity shop or school or church or foster care it makes such a difference to them.

Hey Vermax, I see the mess you have on your setup. tbh mine is worse. I would recommend selling all of the keyboards and mic that you don't use. I would keep 1-2 if one does break. But you can make a lot of money. Maybe try putting shelves on the wall so you don't use floor space. I agree that math is hard. I am in an on-level class and I have a D lol. I also do youtube but I stopped. I am getting a new room so I stopped don't youtube but I am going to come back. You have helped me get into the thought of a good routine. I love watching your videos. Thank you so much if you read this.

A quick tip ( this might take a couple $) but basically your room is quite cluttered that why it doesnt have alot of space so maybe try getting rid of the couch behind, maybe fit everything into one minimalistic setup like one monitor, soft lights and other stuff. If this isnt your style, I understand just a quick tip!
