Yesterday I had an online interview and did my intro speech as soon as I could, it took me a little more than 1 min. To sum up: today they called to offer me the job and a very high salary, which is way more than the highest salary I've been ever paid. Thanks a lot for your priceless help.

Hi Andy enjoyed your video as always question for you? I had my resume all meet and nice and laid out the way that you suggest with the professional highlights at the top but what I found is when I. Would submit? It. Through? The ATS. System It wouldn't pick that up so i'm wondering if you have any suggestions for that

Oneil, I see a typo in your resume. In the first bullet point under your career highlights, you have US3$0M instead of US$30M. Just trying to be helpful.

How do you say "I'm a [role]" if you're unemployed? Feels wrong and inviting confusion to say "I'm a manager" if you were laid off already. Better to say "I'm experienced in management" instead?
