It still hits like a truck. Even to this day I remind myself of the memories I once had as a kid. All the fun times I had with friends I no longer know anymore. Married, successful, moved away. Everything has passed by us so quickly. If there is someone who is young in the near future who ever reads this one day at school or anywhere in the world. Just know not to take today for granted. You're still young, you'll make dumb mistakes, but at the end of it all you'll have something really special. That special thing is the longing of the past.
