16:23 We know that the Groudon has 0 HP investment since it had 175 HP at level 50. I have therefore assumed that the Groudon is Max attack and Max speed, which makes the calc:

252+ SpA Analytic Goodra Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Groudon: 154-183 (88 - 104.5%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

Turns out that the crit didn't matter since the Groudon had already taken damage.

If the Groudon had max HP, the crit would've mattered.
