My Review between a Presto and All American Pressure Canner

I borrowed the Presto Canner from a dear friend and I have had my AA Canner for 4 years. This was my 1st time using a Presto Canner but I have done several search's and watching a lot of videos.
TIPS: Presto: the heat determines the Pressure not the Dial. The metal Air Vent Plug in front pops up when canner has gotten to 15 lbs. of pressure wait 5 minutes the add the weight. When you have reached your pounds of pressure for your area on the dial then start timer for the processing time. Once pressure is reached the weight will not jiggle very much but you do hear the water boiling. Once processing time has been reached, turn of heat, when the Air Vent drops, then it's ok to remove the lid.
AA the Dial determines the Pressure and this is what you watch during the processing time. Once timer has gone off, turn off the heat, when dial hits O, take the weight off, wait 10 minutes, then remove the lid.
Both Canners DO NOT tilt jars when removing from canner and lay on towel so not to shock the jar, weight 12-24 hours then remove rings, check seals, wash the outside jar with a soapy wet towel and store away.
