do you have an idea on how NextJs dont return a json on an api in its own domain(in production)

Hey youtube community, i'm currently learning nextjs and build my first project with next. i now the issue is that when I create build of project the consider one of my API endpoint as static. it took 1 day to figure out it🥲. after watching this video I have applied this changes but still my API endpoint is considered static. project is built in next v14.2.5 . Can anyone help?
