Mamata ne Sahi kaha ki center ne funds block Kiya .Central government ne West Bengal mai pehele bahot funds diye par mamata ne un funds ko apne pocket aur netao ke pocket mai bhar diya aur unn funds se corruption kiya isliye central ne funds nahi diye. Shame on TMC on corruption on its peak. 10 years ago West Bengal was better than uttar pradesh but now it becomes very bad.
