Excellent, new Eric Helms is never a bad thing.

Also, I loved Civil War. Your solo outings just keep getting better and better.

Sounding clear, precise, in depth. Keep us posted with all of your latest SAWEEHHHH!!! videos. Thanks for the information.
BTW Eric could you put the references in the description box? I have ADD and typing out references reduces the time I can play video games with bright flashing colours.

Thanks Eric! Going to use your warmup this week and see how I go; definitely think I'm doing a bit too much, specifically in terms of reps before hitting working weights, and purely because it's habit.

Thanks for the awesome content. Videos like these make me want to support you by buying your ebook. Now I just have to decide if I want to give Matt Ogus a referral commission or not 😛

I usually work on lower body mobility between sets on upper body workouts, for the sake of saving time

by what mechanism does increasing body temp increase NMJ speed/sensitivity? is it just because heat is a catalyst to most chemical reactions?

Personally I only take 5-8 minutes to warm up for a 1RM. A lot of people spend so much time warming up they reduce performance when it comes to what matters.
