UPDATED Garmin Echomap Setting Spreadsheet

Garmin's latest version 20.0 has been out for a while, and we now have the Double T Fishing spreadsheet updated with the latest revisions and highlighted with some suggested settings for new users that may help out with the learning curve of operating a Garmin ECHOMAP 93SV or ULTRA series ECHOMAP.
