Hand Crank 2-deck Shuffler Operation

The one we bought at a thrift store doesn’t move the cards at all, and the wheels feel like plastic not rubber. There’s no friction.

So two different decks are shuffled into one big one? Or do you split one into the two sides and crank? What’s the point of one big deck made of two decks

the wheels grip are rubbers? or is it like jagged wheel which pushes the card?
