Oh my god the answer Jack gave to the very simple question of “what’s your favorite shape?” was so pitch-perfect! He could have easily just said like, “A square because you can build a lot with that shape”

Instead, he connected with the girl, and then not only produced an answer that educated her on octagons, but also spiders. Amazing. Chef’s kiss. No notes. ❤

My favorite shape is a 3×4 right triangle because at any scale the hypotenuse is always a whole number if the other two sides are too.

The little girl's disbelief when she asked him what his favorite shape was, she was like "Aww, dang it! I thought I could stump you with this one!"

To be fair, there's over 800 unique Lego molds, so she REALLY thought of a good one!

I’ve been wanting to work for Lego since I was 4 and when I saw the short announcing the new position I was praying it WASNT in NY because then at least I had that distance barrier.

Nope. It was in my home state, and I only didn’t apply because I have a year left in college.
