Yes thank you for saying you eat some chocolate everyday, I felt as though I had to completely cut it out to stay lean and I have the biggest sweet tooth too! It’s nice to see you incorporate the food that you actually love ❤

I loved this video ❤️ Just a reminder’s to the girls: loads of models who’ve done extremely well have bum and muscular/larger legs. I could name loads and loads especially in E-com like PLT, ASOS etc. There is no such thing as not being able to have larger or more muscular legs or behind to be a successful model and you don’t have to be extremely toned either to be a successful model ❤️ Madison looks insane though. We all have different personal goals ❤️

Here’s my recipe for a delicious, delicious smoothie 😻

Two bananas
A handful of frozen mango cubes
Two tbs of yoghurt
Some mango juice
Add protein powder/collagen if required

Mix and enjoy 💓

16:22 dinner looks gooood. Gonna try the potato boil in stock and the mash with hot milk, .butter, parm cheese, salt, i dont have garlic powder but maybe fry some garlic

Also tea and chocolate because I forgot i even had chocolate in the fridge

I got to a pt and just for reference to hit your abs that bit more when you do the burpee and go down to the floor going into a plank position instead of allowing your body to fully touch the floor it will improve your core strength as well

Hello sunshine, I pray that you, Manny and your families are all doing well🙏🏾😊.
I always assumed Risotto took hours to make, but the HelloFresh Prawn Risotto look like it took no time at all and it looks smashing 😋....but I have never seen Mashed Potatoes made like that before, it's interesting, and having it with sweet corn and gravy is giving an American vibe.
