Is there a specific time when the events starts? I am waiting for 30 minutes now and nothing happens.

The Siege functions on a two-hour timer, beginning at the top of every odd hour.

This is extremely buggy and doesn't work most of the time. In order to even get DK to even run, you MUST be there before it starts and begin with the initial group. The run will complete after about 2 minutes. After that, the map will show active if you aren't in Waking Shores, but the siege will disappear as soon as you enter the zone. If you have any quests in the area (i.e. Warmth and Comfort), you will phase and be unable to complete it. Sometimes even if you're there with the initial group, they will all simply vanish as soon as the siege begins and you will not be able to complete it. The key to completing this is patience and you should be able to actually get it to run and complete in in 2-5 tries.
