I've only sprouted Broccoli seeds so far. The expiration date on my bag of seeds is 2016 so that tells you about when I first tried it and how much I've not kept up with it 😂 Thanks for the reminder! I had never tried sprouting until I watched one of Stacy’s old videos about it. I ordered the Masontops sprouting lids and some seeds and it really is so easy. I like them on salads, sandwiches and all kinds of things.

I always liked sprouts but never knew just how nutritious they really are. Plus, super easy to grow. Going to try this myself. I rarely comment but I have been watching you and Doug for about 3 yrs now and enjoy your channel. Not just for everything you and Doug teach us but love your humor, energy, and smiles. Those animals are a huge bonus too!
